We are currently inviting interested candidates to apply for the position of Talent Acquisition Analyst within our Corporate Human Resources area.
As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will be part of a lean, high-impact team responsible for attracting and selecting the talent that drives Integration forward. This is a hands-on role with a wide scope — from managing the day-to-day of our recruitment pipeline to helping build Integration's presence at universities and in the talent market.

What You'll Do
Recruitment Operations
- Screen CVs and manage candidate pipelines across multiple open positions and offices
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers and partners
- Conduct cultural fit and screening interviews independently
- Keep candidate information up to date in our ATS, ensuring data accuracy and process integrity
- Support offer management and candidate communication throughout the process
- Manage recruitment communications — invitations, follow-ups, feedback and decline messages
Employer Branding & University Relations
- Organize and participate in university events, career fairs and campus activations at target schools
- Support the planning and execution of recruiting events and initiatives
- Help manage Integration's presence on LinkedIn and other relevant channels
- Contribute to the development of content and materials that communicate Integration's culture and opportunities
Data & Process Management
- Maintain and organize recruitment data, reports and dashboards
- Track key metrics such as funnel conversion, time-to-hire and source effectiveness
- Support continuous improvement of internal processes and recruiting routines
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR or related field — completed or in progress
- Advanced English — you will communicate with candidates and teams across multiple countries on a daily basis
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — managing multiple processes simultaneously is part of the job
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive, hands-on mindset — comfortable taking ownership and figuring things out
- Availability for a hybrid work model
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR or people operations (internship counts)
- Familiarity with ATS platforms or HR tools
- Spanish is a plus given our LATAM operations
- Interest in employer branding, university relations or talent marketing
