As a PMO Assistant (HR) you will have some responsibilities:


• Organization of the trainning cycle
• Support the Mentoring and tutorship program.
• Analyze and Seek for improvement in development processes.
• Internal communication related to the Development processes
• Support the leadership and professionals to execute these programs in a time manner
• Support implementation of training and professional development programs
• Identify and analyze the types of training needed by professionals
• Establish and propose the schedule of internal activities
• Analyze the results of training through performance indicators and reports
• Seeing the demands of training


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • At ease in an international environment: you speak both great English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus;
  • Have previous contact with Professional Development Processes
  • Detail oriented and with a lot of control in the day-to-day activities.
  • Good communication (written and speak).
  • Good command of the negotiations.
  • Eagerness to learn.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Teamwork
  • Flexibility in dealing with changeable environment;
  • Open to give and receive feedback;
  • Result-driven and client-oriented.
