Integration Management Consulting:

Integration Consulting is a global strategy and management consultancy recognized by Forbes as one of the World's Best Management Consulting Firms (2022-2024). We don't just design solutions - we implement them, working side-by-side with clients to ensure lasting change. With over 860 clients across 85+ countries and an exceptional 87% client repurchase rate, our approach clearly works.

Operating from seven offices across three continents, we specialize in delivering implementable solutions across three practice areas: Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain, Finance & Management. Our mission is simple yet powerful: "To promote significant change, always leaving a positive legacy."

We believe our U.S. Office is unique in the consulting world: the atmosphere is ambitiously entrepreneurial, dynamic and has many of the features of a start-up operation such as a demand for flexibility, proactivity and willingness to tackle any challenge. At the same time, we are backed by the experience, success and resources of a successful international consultancy. We believe this combination is uniquely powerful and exciting.

As a USA Business Analyst, you will have some responsibilities:

  • plan activities/work fronts with the consultant/manager, guarantee constant alignment of the progress, and deliver on time
  • Within one's work scope, obtain the data and information needed to define and analyze the problem.
  • Generate structured materials and present the content in a clear and assertive manner.
  • Develop the delivery together with the client's team and guarantee the necessary alignments and validations.

Your Opportunities at Integration
  • Build your firm: Our Analysts play a key role in driving our growth and direction by leading internal initiatives. As a start-up operation, the results of these initiatives will determine how Integration will operate in the USA.
  • Shape your career: At the start of each year, Analysts lay out the experiences, opportunities, and learnings they are looking for over the year, and beyond. This is translated into a “Do’s and Don’ts” document that describes your specific preferences and restrictions for project allocations.
  • Explore the world: We believe that extensive international experience allows our teams to shape more effective, relevant, and impactful recommendations. As an international consultancy, our Analysts travel to all parts of the world to work on-site with client teams.

Who We Look For
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: We look for people who are excited about getting involved in driving Integration’s growth in addition to helping our clients grow.
  • Strong Undergraduate Performance: We look for people who demonstrate strong academic performance, analytical ability, and leadership potential through their undergraduate and internship experiences.
  • Background Experience: We are flexible on seniority level, and will consider candidates that will be graduating soon or have until 3 years of experience.
  • Positive Attitude: Our professionals embody the culture of confidence and collaboration, rather than arrogance. We need people who are proactive and take ownership of the results of their work products and their career development.
  • Adaptable: We look for people who are excited by change. Our Analysts will work across all areas of expertise and will be expected to travel between 40% - 60% (project dependent), sometimes internationally.
  • Work Visa: We look for professionals who have work authorization in USA.

What Sets Integration Apart

  • International Exposure: Work on global projects across Europe, Americas, and beyond. Fast career progression often includes international assignments.
  • Values-Driven Culture: Integration's culture is about individuality. From day one, your opinion matters, and you're not just encouraged, but required to speak up, challenge the status quo, and make yourself heard. This is lived in our rituals, how we do client work and collaborate internally, creating an environment where you can grow and thrive in your own unique way.
  • Professional Development as Priority: Integration doesn't believe in one-size-fits-all training programs. Instead, professional development is deeply personal and individually tailored - because each person is unique, and each career path should be unique too.
