The role
As a Consultant at Integration, you'll take ownership of impactful work. More than putting together decks, our engagement is aimed at driving significant change at organizations. Our consultants work collaboratively with clients in multi-functional teams to design and implement customized solutions that match their business reality.
Key responsibilities:
- Ownership of workstreams, during Transformation projects with full exposure to the client, ensuring quality, deadlines, and measurable results
- Deliver high-quality analyses and presentations that drive client decision-making
- Develop and coach more junior team members, fostering their growth and Integration's values
- Contribute to business development through network building and proposal support
We're looking for professionals with:
- Previous experience in management & strategy consulting (at least 3-4 years)
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to complex challenges
- Degree in business administration, engineering, economics or related fields
- Residence and work authorization in the United Kingdom or Germany
- Fluency in English (additional European languages are a strong plus)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Availability to travel across Europe and internationally as needed
