 The role 

As a Consultant at Integration, you'll take ownership of impactful work. More than putting together decksour engagement is aimed at driving significant change at organizationsOur consultants work collaboratively with clients in multi-functional teams to design and implement customized solutions that match their business reality. 


Key responsibilities: 

- Ownership of workstreamsduring Transformation projects with full exposure to the client, ensuring quality, deadlines, and measurable results 

- Deliver high-quality analyses and presentations that drive client decision-making 

- Develop and coach more junior team members, fostering their growth and Integration's values 

- Contribute to business development through network building and proposal support 


We're looking for professionals with: 

- Previous experience in management & strategy consulting (at least 3-4 years)  

- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to complex challenges 

- Degree in business administration, engineeringeconomics or related fields 

- Residence and work authorization in the United Kingdom or Germany  

- Fluency in English (additional European languages are a strong plus) 

- Strong proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) 

- Availability to travel across Europe and internationally as needed
